So Much Better ...

She still has some redness under her left eye and the doctor said she still has some clear fluid on her right ear, but on the whole, she is SO much better. She is feeling and acting much more herself now. The only draw back is a wicked diaper rash she has from all the antibiotics. Hopefully this will pass quickly. Anyways, here she is today in Bubba's boots. She was trying so hard to put them on by herself, but in the end she needed a little help. She stomped around the house for a few minutes and was so pleased with herself. Then Bubba saw her and brought her, her own boots so that he could have his back. Luckily she took the bait and everyone was happy!

The Never Ending Sickness

Bailey had to go back to the doctor AGAIN today and get ANOTHER shot of rocephin! Her eye is looking much better, but still has an ear infection. We have to go back tomorrow for another check of her ears and potentially another shot (that would be her third). Poor girl can't catch a break.

My Lil Trooper

Cissy caught the flu that I have had all week. She is running a high fever, snotty, congested, vomitting, barely eats or drinks, and on top of all that she has an ear infection (again)! Oh, and it looks like someone just about blacked her little eye. Every time she wakes up, it is literally swollen shut. But through it all, she just wants to be held and sleeps. What a champ! She's barely had any medication for her fever and the doctor said that if she can handle we should let her. She's my hero!

The Hair-Pulling Saga

The Bald Spot: this is the spot the LJ pulls out his hair. Not really on purpose, but at the same time he can't really just stop either. The only solution really is to shave his head.

Here is the before:

And here he is, freshly scalped:

Our Poor Little Snowman

We really tried, but the snow just wouldn't pack. But the kids were happy with what we had.
